Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information O-Live collects and how we use it. O-Live is produced and sold by Donna Natural, Egypt.
What we collect
When you order or contact us we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), delivery address, order details and the messages you send us. If you create an account, our sign-in provider (Clerk) keeps your name, email address and sign-in details. If you join our newsletter we keep your email address, your language and when you agreed. With an account we also keep your reward points history, your tier and which friend invited you, if anyone.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm, deliver and support your orders, to reply to your messages, to prevent fraud and to meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing emails if you joined our newsletter or ticked the box at checkout, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by contacting us.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment provider, Fawaterak. We never see or store your full card details.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with delivery partners, our payment provider, our sign-in provider, the services that send our emails and Meta, which measures our advertising (see Cookies). We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet accounting and legal requirements.
Cookies
We use essential storage to remember your language and keep your cart. The Meta Pixel measures how our advertising performs; it runs on our public pages only and is switched off on private order, payment and contact pages. Other optional analytics load only after you agree and are used to understand the store in aggregate. If you arrive through a friend's invitation link, we remember their invitation code for 30 days so both of you can receive the referral reward.
